Horse facilities
Two 20x20 stalls, one with concrete floor, one with sand. Each has adjoining 20x40 paddock, partially covered. On each side of the stalls are 10x20 storage containers. These stalls were constructed to join with the shop building if the intervening open ground were roofed for vehicles or storage. Adjoining the stall paddocks is an acre, irrigated, presently planted in Bermuda grass. This system allows numerous options for a horse keeping facility. Additionally, there are three more paddocks, more or less half acre each, with 16x16 shades plus one more shade with water and electricity for storage. Each paddock has trees and two of the three are planted in Bermuda. All are irrigated or irrigable. All are made from three inch pipe, one was constructed more than sufficiently secure for a stallion. There is one court 20x40 meters (dressage short court), leveled and ready for footing. In addition, there is a rough 20x60 meter court (full dressage court) in the riparian area. It usually needs leveling at the end of the rainy season.
